Two routes to an appointment
Privately, without a referral
You book yourself in the calendar on this site and pay the full fee, 1,100 SEK per session. No referral is needed and you can usually start quickly.
Book in the calendar →Through Region Skåne's vårdval for psychotherapy
I see patients through the vårdval scheme. That route requires a referral, and the appointment is booked by email or phone once the referral has reached me rather than in the online calendar. Get in touch when it has been sent and we will find a time together.
Email to book →A booking made in the online calendar counts as a private appointment and costs 1,100 SEK, even if you have sent a referral or are waiting for one.

Pricing
The prices above are for privately paying patients. Payment is by invoice or Swish after each session, and private treatment is not covered by the Swedish high-cost protection scheme. If you come through Region Skåne's vårdval for psychotherapy, the region's patient fee applies instead — those appointments are not booked through the online calendar.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged the full fee. Reach out as early as you can if you need to reschedule.
